COVID-19 Shipping Notice

Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays of up to 7 business days to most countries when using standard shipping. Also, tracking statuses are not consistently updated or sometimes will update only when the parcel has arrived in its destination country. Despite this, please rest assured that couriers are picking up parcels from our warehouses daily and orders are being pushed into transit for delivery. The expected transit period for orders shipped with free standard shipping is 10-40 business days due to this courier delay. Please opt for the paid express shipping option at check-out to avail the 3-7 business day transit time. Additionally, new standard shipping orders to the following countries have been temporarily suspended: China, Chile, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Honduras, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Macao, Maldives, Mauritiana, Mongolia, Morocco, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Peru, Philippines, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Tunisia. How do I use The Growth Kit?

Step 1: Use a few spritzs of The Wash to safely clean The Tool.

Step 2: Roll The Tool across your desired beard growth area.

Step 3: Apply a couple of pumps of The Booster across your face.

Step 4: Gently brush with The Comb, and let The Booster go to work.


Can I use The Growth Kit in the shower?

You can use The Tool in the shower, but we recommend completing the entire 4-step process after showering to avoid any accidental removal of The Booster from your desired growth area.


Can I use The Wash on my face?

-

Do not use The Wash on your face. It is an alcohol-based sanitizer meant to expertly clean The Tool prior to use.


When is the best time to use The Growth Kit?

The Growth Kit can be used at any time of day. We recommend completing the process at least 1-2 times per week. Be sure to follow each step consistently to see the best results.


If my skin becomes irritated, what should I do?

-

While The Booster has been developed for safe usage on all skin types. If you experience redness or skin irritation, stop usage immediately. We recommend consulting with your doctor at this point to ensure that you do not have any allergies to our ingredients.

Where does Thicket ship to?

We offer global shipping from our warehouses in the US, the Netherlands, and Singapore. We ship to most countries with notable exceptions being: countries in Africa, Brazil, China, Turkey, Russia and Vietnam.

COVID-19 has caused our couriers to place shipping restrictions to several countries and standard shipping is currently unavailable to these countries. For these countries, we are only able to offer Express shipping and your order will incur fee. Please proceed to check-out to see the available shipping options to your shipping country.


Why has my order incurred a customs fee?

According to your country’s customs regulations, your order may incur a customs fee to complete delivery. This customs fee is the responsibility of the customer.

BILLING

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We will provide a full refund if you are not seeing results with our products. All returns must be requested within 120 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the tracking number.

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds can take 5-9 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on the financial institution.
